Sounds like these poor lads were in the wrong place at the wrong time. 21 is no age.

That is very distressing news. Extremely tragic. I knew some twin boys...One ended up in a coma and never recovered. Died a week before his 21st birthday about 4 years ago.
Since then his brother has been totally lost. Kind of like half of him is missing. They were never seen without the other one.

The man who stabbed them was in a flat, he shouted out the window at them. Then came out andchased them. One of the twins had a motorbike accident, so wasn't able to run to well.
This chap had also previously kicked a pregnant lady in the stomach in the pub that evening. Why he wasn't arrested then, I don't know. He's not from our town, but was put here after previously causing trouble elsewhere. I pray that he get's the help that is clearly needed.
