Can i please ask for some healing as I am feeling a little down due to PND returning again. have a very busy day looking after my friends kids as she gets married and I am full of a cold and really trying to be happy not indifferent.

Dear Angel Flower so sorry to hear you are down sending you a hug and reiki. It often happens when we get run down down that symptoms will come back hopefully as you feel better your mood will lift. I have ME and when I get run down or over tired the symptoms come and remind me I need to look after myself. Take care and look after yourself
