Could I please request some healing for my poor dislocated knee!
I injured it bending down to smell some flowers believe it or not, so I know it is one of those divinely ordered injuries that force you to sit back and assess, but I could still do with all available assistance to help get it back to rights!!
And to be honest... it really hurts!!!!!

Funny you should mention the water Dipti.
I had 90ml of 'water' (ok fluid) drained off it on monday with a rather sizable needle! I dont think it needs any more!!!!!!!
Thankyou everyone - hopefully it will do some more healing tonight and I can go back to belly dancing tomorrow!!!
