My grandmother was admitted to hospital last night after a long few weeks unsuccessfully fighting off an as yet unknown infection, despite all the ridiculously expensive drugs the GP could throw at her. She is very poorly and given that she's been weakened by significant mental decline for years, she is probably nearing her last and final journey.
I ask for peace and healing for her husband of 60 years (Dai), who will miss her dearly whilst she is away... I can't bear to think of his upset, because I love the two of them to bits. Peace and healing also to Mam Benin (my grandma) who will likely need whatever you can throw at her to do what she needs to do, whatever that may be.
