My mum is suffering badly at the moment, my dad has decided he wants a "break" from their marriage, its 25 years this year, she didnt see it coming and has spent most of the past week and a half in tears, shes not sleeping at all and isnt coping, I'm seeing her spiral downwards and feel like theres very little I can do! Please please send some healing and positive thoughts her way.
