I woke on Saturday with a stiff neck - I thought it would wear off but it hasn't and I have had a head ache with it ever since!
It is under my right scapula and travels up my neck over my scalp and ends up just over my right eye and round the temple...
Any distance healing you can offer will be gratefully received!
I have been taking a flower remedy, so perhaps it is linked with that, not sure as usually if I sleep badly it is gone within a day...
I am in agony so would really appreciate your help
