I did do some FreewayCER to help with the feeling I got thinking back to when it happened as it was putting my teeth on edge just thinking of it. So that one's been cleared thankfully.
It's a bit sore this morning (as you'd expect I guess), but I haven't bled to death, so I must be ok. 😉
