Hi, my sis has been thru a very difficult time since August when her ex-partner and babys dad attacked a close friend of hers. its going to court soon i think. she has been thru a lot of depression and has been feeling much better recently but still having waves of it and this week has had a bad migraine. its a tough time for her and the girls, kaia(6) and seran(18months) very confusing for kaia as he suddenly disappeared from her life, very sad posted on another healing list at the time but thought they could really use some support at the moment with many thanks, white willow
