I feel bad asking for some healing when there are so many others needing it, but if there is any spare it would be greatly appreciated.
Having had a busy fortnight between Ash and myself, we've been all over the place with regional meetings, university starting, late nights, heavy workloads and doing people favours.
I'm attending a wedding album designing course with our friend tomorrow at Annabel Williams's place up in Cumbria, and though I'm excited, I'm currently unwell in bed with the most stifling of colds. I can't seem to get the energy to do anything that needs doing before I leave later on this evening, and I'm dreading the travelling, what with a stuffy head and being so tired already.
I'm drinking hot lemon and manuka honey like it's going out of fashion, and can't think of anything else to do.

Any pep, get-up-and-go, energy, healing and support would go a long way!
Thank you all in advance of any help,
Sarah x

No one is less-deserving than anyone else here! Of course you can have healing sent so a big Reiki hug and lots of positive energy and Reiki energy winging their way to you as I type! Have a safe journey tonight.

Thanks guys - I was thinking to myself "I wonder if anyone's decided to pep me up a bit, as I'm feeling far less sorry for myself..." and lo and behold, you wonderful people have!
It's been a while since I've been called a dafty, Giles, and it's brought a huge smile to my snotty face! 🙂
Thank you so much,
Sarah x

There can be "universal" help regardless of the condition.
Points are 2mm in size, green colour, by a pen or similar.
First you mark point A, then the second point:
for today the second point is 2
for tomorrow - 3, etc
they represent days up to 5-th October.

Good also to mark additional 3-d point right opposite to the second
for a particular day, i.e assuming second points are at 6.00 on the cross-section of the joint, then third
will be at 12.00.
Works much stronger if to tape small green crystals onto all
(for a given day).
