Hi can I thank everyone who gave healing and prayers for my father in law a few months ago. However I am asking if the kind people here can keep George in their thoughts as he had terrible news today.
We visited the hospital last monday to be told his tumor had reduced by 90% and radiotherapy could remove the last of it. When we asked the consultant why he seemed to be much worse and practically completely oxygen dependant they rescanned him to try and find out ass the scans they had been working from had been taken a few weeks ago.
Unfortunately the tumor is bag and is even bigger than before and as he has had a complete chemo treatment he cant have any more.
They gave him the choice today of having radiotherapy which will possibly make him very tired and lethargic and could result in total bed rest and offer him a life span of a couple of months or if he chose not to take any more treatment he would have approx three weeks. He has opted for the radiotherapy which should start at the end of the week.
Could I ask for some positive thoughts and prayers for him as he is very scared and weepy. It is just so sad.
