After suffering with tennis elbow since February, I finally gave in and went for the injection. Very, very painful! Arm is hurting like, an arm that's just had a very nasty injection in it! Any kind thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
Ouch, I'm smarting for you. I can so empathise...I had to have blood taken from my arm yesterday and that also turned out to be a very nasty experience. Do you have a bruise? Mine are quite dramatic! I do hope yours has stopped hurting by now. Repeat after me: 'I am not the body. I am not the body.' Then go and have a nice drink!
