Could I please ask for a little healing energy to be directed my way?
I have a really painful gynae and bowel condition and have a huge amount of pain this evening. I had a meeting but have tried four times to drive and can't do it for the pain and sickness.
That sounds really sappy - sorry!
Have given up with the meeting and am off to bed as my medication isn't working.:(

Try and get some sleep. Deep breathing exercises may help? And warmth to the area may help too?
