EPIDOT
Physical
Epidote is a stone that can support all healing processes and one which also helps to strengthen the constitution in general. It stimulates the liver, the gall bladder and helps with the digestive process in the small intestine. Epidote can also help with disorders of the nervous system, the brain and also the thyroid.
Mental/Emotional
This is a stone that can encourage recovery and regeneration after a severe illness, or indeed, after great exhaustion brought on by overwork. Epidote helps to lift the emotions, and also helps to dissolve sadness, sorrow, self-pity and grief. It is a very good stone for helping us to overcome the frustration often caused by failure as it helps us to admit and accept our weaknesses. It is said to stimulate interaction with other people and groups of people and to help you to "take part" in things.
Spiritual
Epidote helps us to build on the "real person" that we are and dissolves false images of the way that we see ourselves.

Iceland Spar
'Iceland Spar' is the name given to Calcite when it forms in transparent, colourless double refractive crystals.
Double refractivity is caused by the internal crystal structure of Calcite. When a ray of light enters the crystal it gets bent twice before exiting.
If you look at text through an Iceland Spar like you would a magnifying glass the image you see will be doubled.
Because of this special property Iceland Spar is often used magically to double the power of a spell or ritual, and is an excellent addition to charm bags for any purpose.
Iceland Spar is said to be helpful for opening doors of opportunity and increasing the number of 'lucky' chances you encounter in life.
Could it be helpful when buying a lottery ticket then I wonder?
It is also said to open the mind to new solutions for problems, make one more adaptable to change and more prepared to take full advantage of unexpected opportunities when they appear.
