how about doing a quick test to see how well your chakras are balanced?
according to my results:
Root: open (44%)
Sacral: open (56%)
Navel: open (56%)
Heart: over-active (81%)
Throat: open (69%)
Third Eye: over-active (75%)
Crown: over-active (88%)
i suffocate people with my love, i live in a world of fantasy and i intellectualize things too much.. best be working on balancing my chakras i think!!

Hmmm an interesting test.

Not sure if I agree with it as I do a lot of work with Chakra balancing and do not feel that this can be just quickly assessed by an on-line test. However it was an interesting exercise.

This is interesting. My throat and third eye chakras are 50% and 44% respectively, and I've just had an Indian head massage which balanced these two chakras! (I'm not convinced by the result for the crown chakra, by the way, it's 6%.)
