Okay here's one for you....
Went to my partners Neice & nephews end of term primary school show where they sang songs from joseph..The music started me off:[sm=sad-smiley-047.gif].. Just couldnt keep it in. ANd the songs werent really sad, it was the clinking of the piano and its notes which got me going...I had to walk outside and have a ball:(..collect my thoughts, and then go back in, asking the reception lady if she had some tissues i could take back into the hall with me....cause who knows what might happen next! Infact, i held it in, and felt okay. But what a place to start crying like a baby hey!!

Better out than in Eve and its amazing what triggers us of into tears or laughter

I agree with you guys it is an excellent site and food for much thought.
one of my friends is going through a really bad time and has many of these symptoms and is currently off work[sm=sad-smiley-047.gif][sm=sad-smiley-047.gif][sm=sad-smiley-047.gif] Have printed off info for her from planet earth website and given her to read through.

good advice Ithar. For me as I read the article lightbulbs kept going off in my head, it was like, a deep intense knowing and made perfect sense.
