Sleepyness, over sleepy and sleeping along time
Headaches back and neck pain-(not experienced before)
Feeling out of body
Dosorientation-not like me
Waking up at 4 am in the morning
Rubbish dreams

I have asked for help withthis and I keep on gettign it will pass and it is a part of my ascension path.
So I am ok with it

Believe me, I welcome this with open arms and heart!! I am sick of being told it's my age; my hormones etc., when I know damn well there's more to it!

Have been having the experience of forgetting what everyday things are called - "put it on the...er...the....er.....oh....the...that thing with the four legs by the window"

Would you mind if I printed this off for future reference?

Oh I have! But at my age it's the usual answer....mind you, she is quite receptive to Reiki etc., and I think most of it is not that she doesn't "care" - just that she is rushed off her feet!
