Hi!
I often have kinda deja vu type of experiences although on one previous occasion I had a message for someone close to me.
I have recently completed a course of study in holistic therapies (reflexology, aromatherapy, reiki) I am drawn to crystals and a feeling for tarot although I don't really know what I'm doing
RE: How to choose a deck?
Hi Fikins & welcome to HealthyPages:),my suggestion would be to keep on following your heart & if you feel strongly drawn to tarot then do a little window shopping, there's such a wide varity out there, here's a really good site with images & reviews of many many different deck...you never know, something may just call to you;)

RE: How to choose a deck?
:)Thanks for your welcome and the advice I've looked at quite a number of decks and I haven't had a pull towards any particular pack. Should I just keep looking and wait until it feels right?

Yes, it's well worth waiting to find the deck thats for you & if you're drawn to use tarot there will be a deck for you...I advise against getting a deck for the sake of it..it could be that someone ends up giving you a deck

RE: How to choose a deck?
Hello!
I did the excellent TABI tarot reading course over a year ago and we were advised to use the Rider Waites deck for this. I wasn't too much into this particular one but grew to like it and found myself getting quite attached to it. But I agree with what was said here, you need to let your instinct guide you. I found with tarot decks that it was a bit like finding a pet or a familiar, it'll found and adopt you rather than you choosing it! I am myself particularly drawn to Cilla Conway's Intuitive Tarot deck.
