I was wondering which decks you love and which you hate? I am a bit of an addict and my new year's resolution was not to buy so many decks this year lol! So I thought I would live through hearing about yours?

My collection contains many different tarot decks and oracle decks too, when I give a reading I sue the dreck that sings out to me 🙂

What do you mean by the above? (presuming you meant deck)?
I only have the one set at the moment, Sacred Rose but am looking at others already!
I like the Moon in this deck but find it a bit 'chilling' as apposed to some of the friendlier Moons in other sets. The Tower is a bit scary, don't fancy drawing that one out:(and the 5 of swords is a bit gruesome but on the whole I like the deck.
Will have to keep further purchases quiet as my OH thinks they are a waste of money:mad:. :p:p

My favourite decks are:
Hanson- Roberts, this was the first deck i bought after falling for its imagery in a tarot book i have, and used to use this for readings when i first started out.
Cosmic Tarot, featured in a supplement i collected, and just had to have it as to me, its all about 40's glamour with a touch of bollywood thrown in.
Decks i have a loathing for are Swiss tarot: dull as dishwater, 'renaissance' (sp) style ones and any deck illustrated by Johnathan Dee- got nothing against the chap but i just don't like his artwork.:o

Oh I feel like I'm missing out on something here, what would be the best deck to get if I were to start, and how do you start?? If it's not too hard to explain. Can anyone read? Although if Treacle can, I'm sure I can;) just kidding!
