many thanks for your replies [sm=1kis.gif], although the voice in itself wasn't scary , it was the aspect of 'fear in the dark' where i am still uncomfortable at the thought of seeing a spirit. this stems from a childhood experience where i saw/heard a spirit in darkened rooms and its remained with me since!
reading from the replies, because i felt like i was under attack and powerless i was worried that i through my spiritual exercises that i had attracted a lower energy so its reassuring to read this seems to be unlikely. as i have been contacting my spirit guide/angel , and also do so whenever i am doing a tarot reading , it was a shock to hear a voice that was completely different and unexpected!
i was toying with the idea of asking aloud whoever it was that paid me a visit to come back at an appropiate hour in the day or leave a message where i would find it so i could know what it was that they wanted but i'm a bit of a chicken me!!
thank you for the really useful tips rosie red, i will give them a go as i'm not a good sleeper at the best of times and really need to ensure whatever sleep i do get is uninterupted!
in answer to your question vortex, i haven't, but a good friend of mine lost her son a few months ago where i was helping her with a dilemma she had in regard of contacting him .
