Arthritis, I have it in my lower back, and in both my knees and the xrays on both my hips show I have it there also. One thing I have discovered is dairy products cause my arthritis to feel worse and the pain becomes terrible, regular exercise lots of fruit and vegtables and plenty of water helps greatly, but I am only 36 years old.

What else can help with the pain, I can never get comfortable at night when trying to sleep, my doctor says it is mild arthritis and I am young for it to effect me to much, but the pains tell me different, any advice would be most welcome.

I am 35 and have arthritis. It affects my right side more than my left. Unfortunately I've inherited it from my mum's side of the family. I think you're doing the right thing by keeping active. I've found that if I keep moving it eases the pain. Have you tried taking cod liver oil supplements? I started taking these about 5 months ago and although it doesn't stop the pain, I find my joints are more supple. As for exercise; swimming is an excellent activity if you have arthritis as there is no additional stress on the joints.

I sometimes can't sleep as the pain is bad but I've found that changing my sleeping position onto my better side makes a big difference. Dairy definitely makes me feel worse, so I try to avoid it when possible. Sounds like you're doing all the right things. If you're in a lot of pain try having a chat with your doctor again. If you get no joy from them get a second opinion.

I regularly do a 7 day detox cleansing program invented by VE Irons who cured himself from his arthritis that severly effected him in his 30's.

Water is good for pain, drink 2-3 litres. Also, a far infrared sauna and regular massage (shiatsu or thai yoga) should help.

Thank you for the reply and advice I wish you well with your pains, until recently I was jogging 10 miles at a time and the pains eased off, infact they were hardly noticeable, but since I have stopped jogging they are painful again, I think I will start training again.

bless you

Thank you James for the advice I have done a few 24 hour detox fasts and a 7 day fast the feeling was wonderful afterwards, for months now I eat small meals but everything is home made with no additives or chemicals as much as possible.

I could not believe how my organs felt after the seven days fast, and its like you can actually feel your brain being washed with the pure water.

I think you have inspired me to kick start it all again

thank you

Your diet can have a huge impact on arthritis, which Im sure you discovered when you did the fast.

An acid forming diet is usually the main culprit but there may be foods you are eating that you have sensitivities to that you are not aware of. It may be worth looking into an allergy screen or writing down how you feel after eating.

There are lots of websites on acid forming foods and how you can test to see if your system is too acid.

Good luck!

I don't have the answer as to why you have arthritis - it isn't my place.

I do know that many dis-eases have as a root cause an emotional factor. That can be trauma, anger, past life issues, resentment, jealousy - the list is endless.

I was merely highlighting that your arthritis could be related to the emotions, but only you will have the answer to that.

Hi my friend you are perfectly right diet is the key to everything in the body, and you righly said when I did a fast I had a true relisation, thank you kindly for your advice.

Rosi1 my hips, and back were placed under tremendious pressure when I was 18 months old, and I believe this is the root to my pains today, but you make a good point feelings, emotions good and bad play key roles in how we all feel physically, thank you also my blessed friend.

Hi,

Try switching to a more alkalising diet as although you might have a health diet, it can still be too acidic for your constitution (it wouldn't surprise me if you has blueish/grey eyes). A good book to buy is Alkalise or Die by Dr Theodore Baroody. Turmeric (a Lamberts product) at 10,000 mg has proven useful to some of our clients as it is anti-inflammatory, along with Eskimo Fish Oil (not cod liver) and Glucosamine & Chondroitin for the joints. A tablespoon of cider vinegar can be very good each morning in a little water. Keeping off dairy and red meats and not too many potatoes will help as these are the higher acidic foods along with processed and convenience foods. Nettle tea helps flush acid from the joints/tissues too as well as celery juice (organic). Keep exercise up so that your muscles take any strain off the joints and finish each evening with a soak in a bath with Dead sea salts or himalayan salts as the are very mineral rich and help relax and detox the muscles to promote a good night' sleep.

Hi I would love to tell you about one product I came across it is called Forever Freedom. This is an excellent and very safe product to give to humams and animals suffering from joint problems. Forever Freedom not only contains the recommended levels of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM but also over 80% Aloe Vera Gel. The Aloe Vera will increase the absorption of the chondroprotective agents thus maximising their benefits. My friends husband used to come home from work and had go straight to bed beacouse of pain. He did not see his children or wife after two days of taking this product he has start feeling the benefits.Amazing he is a new man.

Hi quantrum sorry to hear about your discomfort. I haven't read all the replies to your post so excuse me if I am repeating what you already know. I also have athritis and find it extremely painful after eating tomatoes.
Would be happy to send you some distant healing if you want it Quantrum.
Take care
Linda x
