Mods, please move if necessary.

I am totally indebted to Supersub for bringing to my attention this little ditty which sums up what I dislike about the Daily Mail!

Have a chuckle (unless you're a Mail reader, of course):

One has to admire their inventiveness in respect of the various front page mock-ups they created to fit with their little ditty, though for some odd reason the words 'pot' and 'kettle' come to mind 😉

I'm afraid I don't understand your comment, Hol.

I meant that it seemed to me that they were doing exactly what they're accusing the Daily Mail of doing - inventing - or if not inventing, then 'embroidering' for their own purposes. Entertainment in their case, selling newspapers in the other. Hence my reference to pot and kettle. 😉

I hope that clarifies 🙂

Ha!! Love it! I despise the Daily Mail. When I was growing up, my mum used to get it everyday and I didn't see a problem with it... until I read an article it contained that more or less stated that AIDS is a gay disease, that straight people needn't worry about. Then all of a sudden I saw it for what it was. I was probably in my late teens when I read that article.

I like how they intersperse their xenophobic, homophobic, scare-mongering stories with fluffy-wuffy bunny stories to show that they're not really that bad...

Good little song!

I loved that. That's a video that could have just as easily been made about America's tabloid newspapers. I guess they're the same all over. It's definitely worth sharing on Facebook. 🙂
