I have experience with helping those people who are going through hard times emotionally and mentally. Struggling with life issues such as loss, anxiety, panic and hardship. Relationship counselling for families or couples. Particular areas of expertise with pet bereavement, rehabilitation, job loss and business breakdown, fear of flying, weight loss, insomnia and causes of sleep deprivation, panic attacks and low self confidence. I work in a humanistic way having a transpersonal masters degree in psychology. This has helped my work with all cultures and genders demonstrating a sensitive and warm approach to helping those who need support to overcome difficulties and to move forward in their life.
