Serenity Reiki therapy and coaching offers the complete package therapy for both the body and the mind. Reiki has been used for many, many years to promote self healing within the body. Reiki is thought to heal absolutely everything from stress to disease within the body using either hands on healing or hands slightly elevated above the body with the client fully clothed. Reiki is recognised and used in hospitals around the world as a holistic therapy. neuro linguistic programming is a therapy which enables clients to use techniques to change their thought patterns, beliefs, blue print ! Through use of language and visualisation. NLP is extremely powerful for radically changing a persons perspective on things, whether that’s how they view themselves, their life events or life in general. The techniques used can really open up new ways of thinking which results in life changing behaviours, getting rid of the old ways of behaving and making way for the new. NLP can transform Phobias,  build stronger relationships, eliminate anxiety, build confidence and self esteem, the list is endless.

Reiki and NLP can be done together or as stand alone sessions. Reiki can be performed at a therapy centre or it can be done via distant healing. The results are the same ! This is up to you, by doing distant healing there is no restrictions in when it is done or where it is done making it accessible to people all over the world. Having a Reiki session in person just means you make sure that you are available and guarantees no distractions and deep relaxation.

NLP sessions can be performed at the therapy centre or over the phone, via email or via skype. Again there is no limits.

NLP and Reiki sessions booked together will be given at a reduced rate as they really compliment each other. With both NLP and Reiki, initial client assessments are done before commencing treatment and follow up consultations are also included.
