Hi I’m Paula from Holistic Therapies with Paula Kemp.  This website is for my lovely Mum’s and Dad’s to be, with articles and information about all aspects of pregnancy, labour, postnatal care and of course pregnancy massage.

As a specialist pregnancy massage therapist I am fully trained to massage from 12 weeks until 42 weeks, having over 9 years experience working in the massage/reflexology field.
