Pilates Matwork classes

Clinical Pilates for all ages and abilities.Karol House is qualified as a physiotherapist in 1992 and as a Pilates teacher in 2002.She aims to educate her pupils about their bodies and how to use them to make them last.

She has experience of back and neck problems joint replacement and sports rehabilitation.
Karol uses Gym balls, elastics and foam rollers and has lovely thick mats.
Water is provided.

The classes are small and everyone gets hands on attention.
