Lucy Chave Counselling

I am an experienced counsellor working with adults and young people (14 plus).  I provide confidential counselling that is caring, supportive, respectful and non-judgemental.

Sometimes life can feel challenging and seeking professional help can ease you through these times.  Maybe there are past events that impact your daily life making you feel stuck or unable to move forward.  Or maybe you need the opportunity to discuss current issues so that you can reach your own conclusions without opinion or input from family and friends.

Counselling is a talking therapy that allows people to discuss their problems and any difficult feelings they encounter in a safe confidential environment.

I believe that everyone can fulfill their own potential and that counselling allows you to see new possibilities within your world that may give you a different view on life.  As an integrative therapist, I work in a tailored way with you drawing on a range of therapeutic theories to meet your individual needs.
