About DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW FOR MEN

I teach a dynamic, exciting, and fun style of yoga that men love! 

Among my clients you will find cyclists, joggers, marathon runners, martial artists, etc., as well as men who don't practice any sports at all but who wish to get fit, healthy, strong, and flexible with yoga.

My classes are also very spiritual and excellent to help people with high stress levels. We always finish the class with 30 minutes of breathing techniques (pranayama) and with a Tantric, Vedantic, or Buddhist meditation. Although my classes are excellent for stamina, strength, mental focus, and flexibility, please note that they're all based on classical yoga. For this reason, my teaching is classical: awareness of the breath is key; structural alignment is essential; teaching of the "Bhava" or mental attitude for the class is essential; great attention on mental release of negative thoughts is given; and a therapeutic approach of the "asana" (postures) is the basis of my style.

If you're interested in getting rid of chronic tightness, lack of mobility, stiff joints, stiff muscles, and high stress levels, then THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!

Women are also welcome but only those who aren't afraid of push ups and the use of all their muscles with little pauses for rest.
