I am a Reiki Master/Teacher,and also Emotional Freedom Technique Practioner, Mindfulness Meditation. I have studied the martial arts for 20 years ,this introduced me to many aspects of working with chi energy in relation to its healing qualities, and various Meditation Practicies.
