This Gentle blend of Tai Chi, Chinese Yoga, Qigong and Meditation is suitable for all levels of ability and fitness.

The principles of Lishi are very effective and step-by-step you will gain greater coordination and confidence by working on your own, and with a partner to test what you are learning in a supportive environment.
Traditionally the Yin Arts section of the Lishi system of Health & Fitness has always been an integrated blend of Tai Chi, Chinese Yoga and Qigong, which is suitable for all levels of ability and fitness. Through a series of ancient exercises that have stood the test of time, you will work on your breathing, mobility, suppleness, strength and balance in a fun environment, leaving you feeling relaxed, yet invigorated.

Some of the Yin Arts exercises you will do –
Tai Chi Forms and Dance – learn how to flow.
Active Qigong – generating great power within you.
Dao Yin – powerful Breath Therapy to improve posture and inner strength.
Kai Men – achieve true suppleness of mind and body with this Chinese Yoga.
Standing and Moving Meditation.
Tai Chi Sword and Tai Chi Staff.
