Therapies such as Reiki, Kinesiology and vibrational medicine (flower essence therapy) aim to restore balance and harmony to the body on an energetic level. This approach is based on the ideology that significant and/or long-term disruptions to the body’s energy, whether it be due to physical, mental or emotional issues, can lead to illness and disease. By using alternative therapy techniques to restore harmony to the body’s energy circuits (also known as ‘meridians’) and energy centers (also known as ‘chakras’), we can facilitate healing on all levels – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
