About Yoga in Mid-Norfolk
Yoga classes for physical, mental and emotional well being. Hatha with Pranayama and meditation, to free your body and mind with an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
This class is predominantly for those with at least 2 years yoga class and practice experience, or who wish to return to class after a break; the class having as it’s focus the energetics of asana teamed with mindfulness and deep breath awareness. This class will suit those looking to move beyond 'posture' to integrate asana with a deeper awareness of being, giving equal importance to asana pranayama and meditation.
