Padma Yoga is a small and friendly yoga studio based in the heart of Spalding. A dedicated yoga space, our studio is light and airy, with warm wooden floors and beautiful natural light. The studio is filled with positive energy generated from like minded yogis sharing the benefits of this fabulous practice.

We run classes Monday to Thursday, along with running Saturday classes and workshops. Classes are taught by qualified teachers. We also offer Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. Please have a look at our website for more information or ring us if you have any questions.
