I offer various models of Talk Therapies to all ages from 8 – 80

I am a counsellor since 1997 and have worked in a variety of setting such as private pratice, public sector and charity organisations.

I use a variety of models so I can fit the therapy to the clients needs rather than try and fit the client to my therapy model.

I also use a technique call Sand Play therapy that uses small figures and animal to create scenes or landscapes in sand. This is a powerful model that creates a sense of balance and therefore having positive impact on our choices and desicion making. It is used for both adults and children within the counselling session.

All session are £50 per 50 minute session
