Thai Massage is probably the most effective and therapeutic massage traditionally done on the floor. The therapist works in a slow rhythmic dance-like pace or a rocking swaying motion. Each movement places the client in yoga correlation positions releasing pressure on joints and allowing the muscles to naturally stretch. Please bring an exercise or yoga mat or a towel.
