You are not alone.  There are times in each of our lives when we feel less able to cope than usual.

Debbie Earth Counselling is a private counselling and psychotherapy practice in Fordingbridge.  I am a professionally qualified and experienced BACP registered therapist.  Your confidentiality is guaranteed, so too is a warm welcome.  Areas covered include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, bereavement and many more.

I welcome contact from people who are not sure if counselling is what they want, and would like to use the initial session to explore this.  It takes courage to take the first step but clients are usually relieved that they did and most people find even the first session very useful.
