Sometimes when there are family issues or there has been a death, separation, betrayal or change in the family, it can leave you feeling like you need somebody unbiased and non-judgmental to talk to. There are times when life can just become too much, it seems overwhelming and the smallest things get to you.

You don’t have to struggle alone, you can get through this and things can get better, I am here to help you become more at peace with the issues that they have or going through & let you explore your feelings in a confidential & non-judgmental relaxed environment.
