Life certainly presents us with many challenges. Over the years, I've realised that, regardless of people's diverse presenting concerns, the underlying issue is, for the most part, the same. In my opinion, most of us lack the foundation of skills required to effectively manage life's difficulties. We do our best to cope for as long as we can, but we eventually often end up getting locked into dysfunctional habits and destructive preoccupations, or allow stress to erode our psychological and physical resources, leaving us feeling down, depleted, and unwell.

My aim is to aid people in developing essential coping skills, such as focusing and mindfulness (including breath regulation), self-compassion, relaxation, limit setting, assertiveness, and mood management, in order that they may thrive and achieve lasting well-being.

Into each life, rain will inevitably fall.  When it does, why not be ready for it?
