Hello I'm Lorraine Adams, reflexologist and reiki master of Toe to Soul Therapy.

My ethos is that healing takes place between the physical touch during reflexology to the unseen energetic touch of reiki, helping all aspects of your life come back into balance.

I'm fully qualified, insured and member of the association of reflexology so I hold my practice up to a high standard.

I've been working as a reflexologist for the last couple of years.  It's a treatment that I fully believe in as results can be instantaneous depending on the person and what I'm working on.  Reflexology brings your body back into balance and encourages your body to start healing in a natural way, it works physically, emotionally and mentally depending on what your body needs.

Alongside  normal reflexology treatments,  I can also offer pre-conception, pregnancy and post natal reflexology, as well as teaching you some baby reflexology to help settle your baby.

45 minutes reflexology £40.00

Rebalance reflexology £60.00
