I work with Individuals & Couples, helping people with: Relationship, Low self-esteem, Depression, Abuse, Bereavement & losses, and particularly issues arising from childhood.

• Couples come for counselling when they want to improve their understanding of their relationship; how they can transform how they are both with themselves and with their partner and how together they can form a more satisfying relationship.
• Individuals come for counselling because they want to overcome barriers to moving forward in their lives.
