Holistic Serenity is comprised of husband and wife duo, Nicole & Jay Shields.

Nicole the owner owner and founder of Holistic Serenity has been a holistic practitioner for 14 years and is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Angelic Reiki Rahanni practioner, Sound Healing, Sound Bath Facilitator crystal healing, Bach Flower Remedies & Indian Head massage practitioner.

Alongside Nicole, her husband Jay is also part of the Holistic Serenity Team offering Reiki as well as Sports & Swedish Massage.

Holistic Serenity offer 1:2:1 therapies and treatments from their dedicated treatment & soundbath space in Southend on Sea as well as running group sound bath meditations throughout Essex.

Holistic Serenity offer workshops in mediation, relaxation, sound therapy and also offers Reiki attunements for those wishing to further their knowledge and practise of Reiki.
