Alison Baron

Alison started healing in 1996 and is fully qualified with membership of professional organisations. She offers Reiki in person or by distance healing in Epping, Essex. With distance healing, she offers a complimentary 10 minute session, so you can experience the healing and determine whether you think it is right for your needs. After that, you can book a full session if you decide to go ahead.  She also offers Bach Flower Remedies.

Alison takes a holistic approach to her treatments, which means working on all levels – emotional, mental and spiritual, as well as the physical. She believes in treating the whole person, rather than just the symptoms, thereby not grouping people together because they have the same problems, but seeing each individual as unique.
