The Float Spa

The Float Spa is located in Hove and is the only place to offer floatation therapy in Brighton & Hove. The Float Spa offer a number of highly popular Yoga classes for all abilities and levels alongside our floatation therapy.

The Float Spa have many Yoga classes for our visitors to choose from, for beginners to experts, our yoga classes include varieties such as Acro Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Children's Yoga as well as many more. 

The Float Spa also run alternative therapies and workshops to help improve your life in different ways. Our therapies span from meditation to hypnobirthing, including massage, eating psychology, nutritional therapy and life coaching.
