Reiki Treatments and Teaching

Reiki is a hands-on healing technique, given in a safe, gentle and non-intrusive way. Reiki works by stimulating your nervous system, triggering your body’s natural healing mechanism which works to balance your energy system, restore and maintain good health. Reiki works on the underlying cause of dis-ease and can accelerate healing. During a treatment it is usual to feel deeply relaxed as the energy flows through your body.

I have been attuned to Reiki since 2008, I have had the privilege of being a Reiki Pracitioner since 2011 and I began teaching Reiki in 2013.

I offer treatments at my treatment room in Honiton, the usual length of a treatment is one hour, but different times can be arranged, especially for treatments involving children.

I teach Reiki and offer 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree Reiki and Teacher workshops. Please contact me for details.
