Baby massage classes are a wonderfully intimate bonding experience with amazing physical and emotional benefits for your little one.

Friendly, relaxed baby massage classes spanning over a 5 week period. During the course you will learn a full body massage routine which includes stokes to help the relief of colic, constipation, wind, teething pain and congestion. All equipment included so all you will need to bring is usual feeding and changing requirements also got with a towel. Classes end with some sensory play and time to enjoy a chat with other parents over a coffee.
