Reiki is a natural way to rebalance, relax and restore.

I love reiki as each healing is unique to each person, and to each session – with the energy going wherever the person needs it most, working in harmony with the body.

My aim is to hold a lovely welcoming space, and help you connect back to yourself, to the present, and to that feeling of being home.
