As a Tera-Mai (TM) Reiki & Seichem Master/Teacher & Practitioner I work to ‘open the door’ to allow you to make that step forward for your own healing.

The energies I use are very shamanic in nature, working with the Earth (REIKI), Fire (SAKARA), Water (SOPHIEL) & Air (ANGELICLIGHT), to bring about change to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being and well-being.

Allow these wonderful energies to help you:

• bring deep relaxation;
• loosen and release blockages at all levels – physical, mental, emotional & spiritual;
• enhance the bodies self-healing process – enhancing all other forms of treatment whether conventional or alternative;
• identify deep seated emotional patterns and release them, and;
• cleanse, clear and balance our energetic systems.

I offer healing sessions at Enso Healing Rooms, Bristol every Monday afternoon 2-6pm, and ad hoc sessions in West Buckland (near Taunton), Somerset.  I teach all levels of Tera-Mai Reiki & Seichem at Eastcott Barn, in the wonderful Blackdown Hills, Nr Honiton.

I also teach workshops throughout the year on chakra healing, shamanic journeying and energy healing.
