Hi, I'm Karen Lillywhite. I provide treatments from sports massage to reiki, for “Healthy living, self-healing and well-being for all”.

I take referrals from Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Doctors and I can also recommend exercises that may benefit a particular sports injury. I do my assessments free of charge.
My work includes:
Kinesiology sports taping
Massage: Sports, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Indian Head, Thai Foot, Hot Stone, Hopi Ear Candling, Child/ Infant, and teaching therapies to 16+ sector
Reiki: Qualified Reiki Master, and other holistic therapies include Colour Therapy and Dowsing.
I am also available as a Mobile Therapist, but I would have to do a basic health and safety check of the venue before I could do a treatment in your home and it needs to be within 5 miles of where I live.
I am insured with WellBeing/ Hiscox and have been self-employed since Apr 2007.
