My name is Sidra Khan ( MBPsS, MNCH (Reg), D. Hyp, C.Hyp, PNLP) and I’m a fully trained Clinical Hypnotherapist and registered member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy. As with all professional therapists, I’am also covered by professional indemnity insurance and am a firm believer in continuing professional development. I’m also a trained NLP practitioner.

I'am based in central Slough and charge a very reasonable £40-50 per 60 minute session at my Slough based practice. I specialise in weight loss/ management and smoking cessation. I also use hypnotherapy to help alleviate the symptoms of polycystic ovarian sydrome through weight management and healthy eating.

I have over seven years’ experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Some of the issues which I have worked with include: Mental health issues, smoking cessation, weight issues, neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and cerebral palsy, domestic violence, substance misuse, complex needs, general anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, insomnia, weight issues, and various other issues.

I adhere to NCH’S strict code of ethics and believe that any clients seeking hypnotherapy should be treated by a fully professional and ethical therapist.

The NCH

The National council of hypnotherapy is the largest and one of the most prestigious hypnotherapy register's that currently regulates and monitors high standards of hypnotherapy practice. There is an agreed code of conduct, and all members are obliged to maintain full insurance, ethical practice and continuing professional development after qualifying with an NCH approved hypnotherapy training.

Q:Where are you based?

Iam based in central Slough, Berkshire and also central London. I also offer home visits in the slough area free of charge and also home visits outside of these areas and central London at an additional costs.

The therapy rooms for sessions are beautfully furnished with large comfortable recliner perfect for hypnotherapy.

What are the prices of your sessions?

A single session is between a very reasonable £40 to £50 per an hour for my Slough hypnotherapy practice. London based prices are £120 per hour as I have to rent a room.

Q:How do I book a session?

If you wish to book a session, then please do contact me- either by phone or by clicking and filling out the form. During your free phone consultation I hope to answer and put to ease any concerns or anxieties you might have about hypnotherapy or any other questions you might have. Should you decide to book a session with me-we will decide on a mutual time that suits both of us for the session. Payments can be made after the session except for SKYPE sessions where payment is required before the sessions begins.

Cancellation policy

We’re all busy people- and sometimes cancellation is unavoidable which I totally understand however I reserve the right to charge 50% of the fee if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation. This is because I could have potentially offered that session to another client. Please ensure that if you do cancel- you cancel well before 24 hours- otherwise I will have to charge you.

In the rare occasion that I may need to cancel an appointment I will let you know well before 24 hours in advance and will re-arrange a time to suit you.

Monday to Friday: 9am – 9.30pm

Saturday to Sunday: 10am – 5pm
