What's Polarity Therapy?

Polarity Therapy was founded by Dr Randolph Stone - an osteopath & chiropractor and later he studied Tibetan medicine in Tibet.

Stone's time in Tibet raised his awareness to include the energetic body or aura and he had a interest in traditional herbs & naturopathy.

Put all this together & you get Polarity Therapy. A sort of gentle manipulation of the physical & energetic, supported by physical exercises, nutrition & herbs.

What a guy! [sm=dance.gif]

RE: What's Polarity Therapy?

Tis, indeed interesting stuff and from reading his work - he is/was a top fella. A lot of the so called 'New Medicine' approaches seem to have a lot in common with Stone's work.

If you find any informative websites or other info, please let us know.

I suggest that we keep this thread for as the main reference for info, links, etc, (which can be PM'd to me), so I'll lock it for now and if anyone wants to discuss Polarity Therapy, experiences, etc, then please start a New Thread.

Andrew.
