Fit Woman Bootcamp

Am going to the [url]Fit Woman Bootcamp[/url] on Friday, for 7 days - am excited but nervous, though I do go to the gym intermittently and like walking, I am still quite unfit (plus probably dyspraxic, my co-ordination is non-existent!) - a few years ago I would have considered such a prospect a torture, rather than something special to treat myself to! (Even now I am not quite convinced that it won't be that..:)) They seem to get very good feedback, but I wondered if any HPers have been to this camp?
